The energy briefly had to take a moment to simmer early into the set as the band had some technical issues that needed to be dealt with behind the scenes. Singer Oli Sykes appeared to the crowd with what felt like a somber demeanor, only to transform quickly into an energy that had him crossing the stage in just a matter of seconds. Kicking off their set with one of their newest singles, “AmEN!,” the metalcore band that has continued to reinvent their sound with each new release, brought the fire early on. Before the emo favorites took the stage, Bring Me the Horizon (BMTH) stirred the crowd up and brought the energy. Pop rock favorite Fall Out Boy melted faces and brought the heat to Bristow, VA on their So Much For (Tour) Dust Tour.ĭespite the sweltering heat of July laying heavy in the air, it wasn’t enough to keep fans away from this highly anticipated concert.
